Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DailyEats. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please contact us at info@dailyeats.ch to discuss available options.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@dailyeats.ch within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of initiating the return process.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
